Le bungalow est dans une urbanisation très tranquille à l’avenue PAPA LUNA. Cette avenue commence à la plage MORRONGO à Benicarló, jusqu’au château de Peñíscola. Il y a une voie bici et elle est très souvent utilisée pour faire des randonnées au coté de la plage de sept kilomètres qui connecte la plage
Le bungalow est composé du rez-de-chaussée et un premier étage. Il y a trois chambres dortoirs (une avec un lit pour deux personnes, une double, et une avec une litera) apart du sofa cama dans le salon)
Le bungalow est à 5 minutes à pied du centres commerciaux Intermarché, Mercadona et Lidl. On peut y aller en se randonnant par l’avenue PAPA LUNA.
On y a déjà dit que le bungalow est dans une très tranquille urbanisation résidentielle, avec ARRÊT DE BUS devant même de l’urbanisation. Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus devant le Mercadona, on le dit dans le cas d’avoir besoin du transport public pour faire les achats)
La mer est à 50 mètres devant l’urbanisation, avec une plage de gravillon. On peut admirer la vue dès la fenêtre de la chambre pour deux (coté nord) ou dès le balcon (coté sud)
Si on préfère la mer de sable fine, la plus proche et accessible est
En été, on peut profiter de la piscine collective (ouverte en juillet et août)
Le bungalow a une capacité MAXIMALE de 8 PERSONNES, distribués dans les chambres déjà expliquées. ON NE PEUT JAMAIS ACCEPTER PLUS DE 8 PERSONNES.
Le bungalow a de l’eau chaude dans toute la maison. La cuisine est équipée avec cuisine avec four, machine à laver, frigo, micro-ondes avec du grill… et plusieurs utensils habituels.
La salle à séjour- salle à manger. Ici on y trouve le sofa cama (double). Il y a une télévision avec un remote control.
Le bungalow figure aussi de deux terrasses particulières où on peut y mettre le barbecue portable et la table et les chaises en plastique.
